Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
     This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  2. How to Enter
     To participate, you must complete all of the following steps: 

           2.1. Follow @loreta_isac on Instagram.

           2.2. Tag one friend in the comments under the official Giveaway post.

           2.3. Click the button/link provided and submit your details through the registration form.

Only entries that meet all three steps will be considered valid.

  1. Entry Period
     Entries will be accepted until Sunday, the 28th of December 2025 at 11:58 pm UTC. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  2. Winner Selection
     On Monday, the 29th of December 2025, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will be final and binding.
  3. Prize
     Each winner will receive free access to the Loreta Isac online course: "From art journaling to animating". The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  4. Notification of Winners
     Winners will be announced on Loreta_isac's Instagram profile and notified by email using the details provided at entry.

    7. Data Protection
     By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be collected and used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  5. Limitation of Liability
     The creator is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failures, or other reasons beyond their control.
  6. General Conditions
     The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  7. Legal Disclaimer
